- Syria has been virtually destroyed during nine years of war and DPM’s outreach workers there have witnessed man’s evil up close. They say they can’t handle seeing more destruction and hearing from so many who have been severely traumatized. Pray for them to remain strong in their faith and be able to see God working in this tragedy and for the people of Syria to have hope and healing, both spiritually and emotionally.
- Beautiful parts of this country have been demolished, along with ancient temples, churches and other religious masterpieces. Pray for the nation’s physical restoration.
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You that You are the Messiah, the Anointed One, and that You want to anoint me too with Your Holy Spirit. Please make me an instrument of Your salvation in this world, through the power and purity of Your Holy Ghost. Give me boldness and wisdom, discernment and the fear of the Lord. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
Dear Lord, how wonderful is your exhortation to Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present my requests to You. Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
- Pray for the second part of our training in South Sudan to continue despite the coronavirus and no flights operating.
- Pray for the MII (Media Impact International) team that is helping improve our online platforms and social media in order to reach more people.
- Pray for God to bring needed workers (for training and as intercessors).
Dear Lord Jesus, I want to invite You into my house and into my Heart, even if it means I’ll have to come down from my tree! Thank You that You are my Salvation! Thank You, Lord Jesus, that my salvation doesn’t depend on me keeping all kinds of rules or doing all kind of things, but that it depends on You, and You alone. Praise You Jesus!
Surely God, You are good to those who are pure in heart. But as for me, my feet had almost slipped; for I envied the arrogant when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure and have washed my hands in innocence.
