Dear Father, please direct me how I can be of any practical help, especially for children in need. Show me what I can do, how I can pray or give. Help me to recognize You when You come into my life, even as a child, a stranger, someone I wouldn’t consider naturally. I don’t want to miss You Lord! Renew me from within, open my heart and eyes and teach me to see things the way You see them, and to be sensitive to promptings from Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Name, amen!

I realize I usually look through my natural eyes, and in the wrong direction. Change my from within, and help me to recognize You, even when it might be difficult to see You.
