Our Father, you know our tendencies as human being. We like to be in control. Sometimes, even our prayers are a way of trying to control you! Forgive me my foolishness and pride. I want to pray according to your will, led by your Holy Spirit, even if that means praying a ‘foolish’ prayer that doesn’t seem to make sense. All I want is to honor You and to see your name glorified. Amen.
